Returns and Refunds policy

14-day returns (physical goods)

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This voluntary return applies to physical goods only.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (for jewelry, this means the presentation box it was shipped in, not the outer shipping carton). You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@parsi.design with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and confirm the return address, which is currently: Parsi s.r.o., Rohliny 39, 511 01 Mírová pod Kozákovem, Czech Republic. Please do not send items back before we have confirmed, as items sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted under this policy.

Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded under this policy, except where described under “Your legal rights” below.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible at info@parsi.design if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. Include your order number and, if possible, photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our cost, including return shipping. This does not limit your legal rights, including for defects that appear later.

Items that cannot be returned

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
• Custom, personalized, adjusted (altered at your request) or made-to-order products
• Personal care and hygiene products (such as beauty products) if the seal or hygiene packaging has been opened
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
• Items bought on sale or at a discount are not eligible for this voluntary return, but can still be returned if defective and, where the law provides, under the 14-day statutory right below
• Digital products (such as PDF sewing patterns and other downloadable files) once delivery has begun
• Gift cards, which are delivered digitally: they are non-refundable once delivered, except where the law provides otherwise (see below)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Digital products

Digital products (such as PDF sewing patterns and other downloadable files) are delivered by email or download link immediately after purchase. They contain digital files only and do not include any physical product. By ticking the checkbox at checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun (see section 5.7 of our Terms and Conditions). Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged and are not refundable after delivery, except where required by law. If a digital file is defective or was not delivered, contact us at info@parsi.design. Your legal rights for defective digital content are not affected.

Your legal rights

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the goods, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to sale items too.

• To cancel, tell us clearly (for example by email to info@parsi.design). You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
• Tags, original packaging and a receipt are not required for this right. You may handle the goods as needed to check what they are and how they work, as you could in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by other handling. Please pack the item carefully.
• Exception for jewelry: our jewelry is supplied with its own presentation box, which is considered part of the product rather than ordinary packaging. If it is not returned with the jewelry, or is returned damaged, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund for the resulting loss in value.
• We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose), within 14 days of learning of your decision. We may wait until we receive the goods or you show proof that you sent them back.
• This right does not apply to perishable goods, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including goods adjusted to your request), sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery, or digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel. If you buy a gift card, you may cancel within 14 days as long as it has not been used in whole or in part.
• You also have a legal guarantee for defective goods (24 months in the EU), which is separate from this policy.

Customers elsewhere: Your country may give you additional rights under local consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days (14 days for legal cancellations as described above). Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@parsi.design.

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or bank fees. Import duties and taxes collected by customs in your country are not refunded by us and must be claimed from the customs authority.
